All Art was original created by myself, except for the snow particles from Koola which were edited for my own purpose. Also took Ideas from the recent UE4 Material Blend post by Victor A. and integrated it on my own materials which really helped with my ground terrain work!
I utilized my own Photogrammetry for natural assets and Substance Painter, Zbrush, and Photoshop for hard surface work.
My main geo Bake Down method was using the Marmoset's new baking system, It works great and is quick.
Lighting nighttime snow was a serious challenge... UE4 lighting channels saved my life.
Building is Modular, except for specific pieces.
